Behavior management refers to the management of problem behaviors of specific children. It is helpful to do some “classifications” to determine which behaviors pose the biggest challenge to your success in the classroom. The question is a specific child or a problem with the classroom management plan? I have found that in many cases, using a specific strategy to solve a set of problem behaviors can solve some of the difficulties while teaching alternative behavior. I have encountered problems with proper behavior in my team. I not only use the calendar, but also support language, guidance and compliance. I created a time for the reinforcement of the map, which provided appropriate feedback and results to motivate my students to assess and improve team behavior while the behavior of specific students also requires attention and intervention. It is equally important to communicate and intervene with individual students when solving group problems. There are many different strategies that can be used to teach alternative behavior. Behavior management requires two interventions: active and passive. Active methods involve teaching alternative or desired behavior. Proactive methods involve creating a large number of opportunities to use replacement behavior and enhance them. Reactive methods involve consequences or penalties for bad behavior. Even though the best way to create the desired behavior is to enhance the replacement behavior, it is often impossible to extinguish the behavior in a classroom environment. You need to provide some negative consequences to avoid seeing peers adopting problem behaviors because they only see positive outcomes of behavior, whether they are tantrums or refuse to work. In order to create successful interventions and create behavioral improvement programs, there are many strategies that can provide success: social narratives: creating a social narrative that mimics the alternative behavior of the target student can remind them what the replacement behavior should look like. Students like these social narrative books, and they have proven (with a lot of data) that can effectively change behavior. The contract of conduct contract will list the expected behavior and the rewards and consequences of the particular behavior. I found behavioral contracts to be an important part of success because it involves parents. Family notes. This may be considered part of the active and passive response. Nonetheless, providing continuous feedback to students and providing hourly feedback to students makes it a powerful tool for focusing on ideal behavior.
